1. Data & Backups: The client is solely responsible for maintaining current backups of all data prior to service. Heaven Technology LLC shall not be held liable for any loss, corruption, or alteration of data, files, or information stored on the client's device(s), regardless of the cause. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve data, but no guarantee of data integrity can be made.
2. Repair Limitations: All repairs are performed on a best-effort basis. Some components may be unavailable, obsolete, or beyond economical repair. Heaven Technology LLC reserves the right to recommend replacement or disposal if a repair is not feasible. No repair is guaranteed against future failure beyond 90-day warranty on parts and two weeks warranty on labor performed.
3. Cost Authorization: The client authorizes Heaven Technology LLC to perform the diagnosed repair(s) up to the quoted price. If additional issues are discovered during repair that increase the cost beyond the original quote, we will contact the client for approval before proceeding. No work beyond the approved scope will be performed without explicit consent.
4. On-Site Service: For on-site visits, the client agrees to provide safe access to the work area, proper power outlets, and a stable working environment. Heaven Technology LLC is not liable for incidental damage to property caused by the client's environment (e.g., power surges, water damage, pest damage) discovered during service.
5. Software & Licensing: The client is responsible for owning valid software licenses (OS, applications, etc.) for all devices serviced. Heaven Technology LLC does not supply, activate, or guarantee the legality of pre-existing software installations.
6. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Heaven Technology LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of business, lost profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use the serviced equipment. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Warranty: Repairs include a 90-day warranty on parts and two weeks warranty on labor performed by Heaven Technology LLC. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, liquid exposure, physical impact, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow provided care instructions.
